We are busy busy busy people. That's why there are so many convenience products out there. Although they save us a spot of time, they cause the planet a spot of bother with all the plastic that is produced for them.
Every fridge and cupboard in the land will be different - maybe you love a bit of coleslaw, maybe hummus is your thing, or a tasty bit of garlic bread or even a loaf of bread.
Sales of Hummus alone are about £100m a year in the UK and nearly 12 million loaves of bread are sold every. single. day ... That's a lot of plastic!
